Lucy Datyner is a Principal Product Designer at Canva, where she designs generative AI experiences that democratize design and content creation for millions of users globally. She led the design of Canva AI through to public launch and serves as product design craft lead for the GenAI design team. Over the last 12 years, Lucy has crafted user experiences spanning content creation, discovery, enterprise workflows, and media. Her work has been recognized by Fast Company, Wired Magazine, and multiple design accolades. Lucy graduated with first class honors in Visual Communication Design from the University of Technology, Sydney.
