⚠️ Important Notes (Please Read Carefully):
- Winners must confirm attendance within 1 week of announcement.
- If we do not receive confirmation in time, the ticket will be offered to another applicant.
- Once confirmed, selected winners must provide:
- Personal details
- Passport number
- Flight and accommodation info (once booked)
4. A 20% deposit of the ticket value will be required to secure your place. This will be fully reimbursed after CMS, as long as you attend. This helps us reduce no-shows, since meals and merchandise are prepared in advance.
5. Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the event.
