Kim So-yeon is a business leader with a solid 18-year career encompassing sales and end-to-end B2B/B2C marketing at global companies. Based primarily in Singapore and Korea, she has worked at leading multinational corporations such as Google, Meta, Huawei, Uber, and Coupang Eats, gaining deep insights in digital marketing, brand strategy, and user growth.
While at Google, she spearheaded the launch of Think with Google in the Asia Pacific region, driving advertiser strategies based on consumer insights. At Meta, she supported the growth of companies looking to accelerate digital transformation through the development of the Zero-Friction Future narrative and campaign launches. Later, she successfully led the launch of Huawei AppGallery in the Asia Pacific region and monetization through app promotions. At Uber Korea and Coupang Eats, she laid the groundwork for initial platform growth by enhancing user acquisition and retention.
Since June 2025, she has been a founding Partner at Quantumlink Partners. Leveraging her practical experience and strategic thinking across multinational markets, she continues to help companies achieve meaningful growth amidst market changes through business consulting and employee coaching.
