How to Apply
Please complete the form below to enter the free ticket draw. After the campaign closes, the CMS Team will review submissions and contact selected winners with further details.
Important Notes (Please Read Carefully):
1. Winners must confirm attendance within 1 week of announcement.
2. If we do not receive confirmation in time, the ticket will be offered to another applicant.
3. Once confirmed, selected winners must provide:
- Personal details
- Passport number
- Flight and accommodation info (once booked)
4. A 20% deposit of the ticket value will be required to secure your place. This will be fully reimbursed after CMS, as long as you attend. This helps us reduce no-shows, since meals and merchandise are prepared in advance.
5. Cancellations must be made at least 1 week before the event.
